Welcome to Mays Elementary!

I am excited to be the counselor at Mays! As the school counselor, I take part in building a safe and nurturing environment for every student. Each month, we focus on a different character trait with the students. This year, our monthly character traits are respect, self-control, responsibility, gratitude, honesty, kindness, fairness, courage, and citizenship. Students who exhibit the monthly character trait are nominated by their teacher to receive the Superhero of the Week or Superhero of the Month award.
