Troy ISD is proud to recognize Tina Locklin, a Pre-K teacher at Edna Bigham Mays Elementary School, who was selected as the January Educator of the Month by the Rotary Club of Temple.

Mrs. Locklin was nominated by her principal, Courtney Macal, for her dedication to students and her positive impact on the campus. She was honored during the Rotary Club’s January luncheon alongside Neil Jeter, Superintendent of Troy ISD.
